Customer Service Representative - Cebu


            Cool Glow is looking for outgoing Call Center Agents who want to work with one of the leading glow, LED and party supply companies. With more than 5,000 available products, Cool Glow retails internationally and across the U.S.  Our corporate office is located in Dallas, TX and we are expanding to open a new office in Cebu, Philippines. 


           Call Center agents work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will also be responsible for recommending and up-selling products to help customers find what they need.

            Call Center agents must have Customer Service skills, Ability to reach monthly Goals, Closing Skills, Persuasion Skills and  Negotiation Abilities, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, and be able to Build Client Relationships.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

  • Answer inbound calls, take orders by phone, enter customer information
  • Describe products and services; suggestive sell and upsell additional products
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customer questions or inquiries
  • Handle any customer issues; be able to listen and resolve problems patiently
  • Maintain and update Customer accounts
  • This position requires an outgoing, organized and goal oriented individual who understands excellent Customer Service. 

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
  • Must have Excellent English Language Skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work under pressure and sit for long periods of time
  • The ability to maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
  • Self-motivated and Goal Oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsing
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
  • MUST be willing to work U.S. Hours and holidays
  • Fixed working schedule Monday-Friday
