Customer Sales Representative

We are searching the DFW area for a new team member to join our staff.  Our new Customer Sales Representative will have a strong sales background and ability to up-sell to service our amazing customers!  Your experience in sales will assist in consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and help to provide an outstanding customer experience.

To be considered you must be local to Dallas, TX

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Call and email targeted warm leads
  • Provide support, communicate and coordinate with the remote Customer Support Staff in Manila
  • Travel several times per year to Trade Shows and Client Visits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Identify prospective clients using leads and online resources
  • Educate customers on Company offerings and product lines
  • Follow through with daily customer interactions
  • Create and complete purchases through POS system
  • Work with Buyers and Fulfillment Coordinators to promptly update customers of any delays or issues with purchases and/or deliveries
  • Follow and communicate Company policies & procedures when and where needed

Experience and Skills:

  • PASSION FOR SALES - At least 1-2 years demonstrated experience in sales
  • Experience with selling B2B retail product preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsing
  • Motivated, strong work ethic and persuasive (This is a SALES position)
  • EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills - MUST be able to write a professional email with proper grammar
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • MUST be reliable and dependable; Positive attitude; Team player
  • Ability to travel several times per year
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
